   Late Cancellation & No-Show policy

We understand that life happens! To respect everyone's time and keep our schedule running smoothly, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

• Late Cancellation: If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the appointment price will be charged.

• No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notice, a fee of 50% of the appointment price will be charged.

   Payment: Since we do not keep credit card information on file, any late cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

   Health and Wellness Policy

 For the health and safety of all clients and your therapist, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, or flu-like symptoms. Massage is most beneficial when your body is well, and we appreciate your understanding in helping keep our space healthy for evevryone.
