Including hot stones in every massage is perfect for those who need to unwind, relax and soothe achy muscles. Smooth, heated stones are used as an extension of my own hands, or by placing them on the body to promote relaxation.

My tailored deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissue. Slow strokes along with deep finger and elbow pressure are used on the affected areas to alleviate pain and stiffness.

A reflexology massage is designed to stimulate the reflex points on the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to specific organs and systems in the body. This massage can help improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

My most popular massage, the Swedish massage is a relaxing full-body massage using long, smooth strokes to ease tension and promote relaxation.

Prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. I  use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.
